Rainbow’s End in New Zealand is Auckland’s long-running theme park down in Manukau, where your inner child and your lunch both get tested by gravity.

Expect big-thrill rides for the brave, gentler family attractions, and a dedicated kids’ zone so the little tackers can run wild without you chasing them like a headless chook.

It runs year-round with hours that shift for seasons and school holidays, so book ahead unless queues are your idea of fun.

Getting there is easy—about a 20–30 minute drive from the CBD on a good day—with parking and public transport if you’d rather not play musical lanes.

Go early, hydrate, and maybe save the churros until after the spinny bits—you’ll thank me later.
