raptor x vs raptor Page 8

Ah, the eternal showdown: Ford Ranger Raptor X versus the standard Ranger Raptor. The Raptor X is the posher cousin, boasting additional tech and creature comforts like a premium sound system and upgraded interior trim. Both share a beastly 2.0-litre bi-turbo diesel engine delivering around 157 kW and 500 Nm, perfect for thrashing through the Outback or the local servo. The Raptor X also flaunts some exclusive features such as a unique grille and more advanced driver aids, while the standard Raptor keeps things a bit rawer and arguably more rugged. Price-wise, expect the Raptor X to command a premium, with new models starting around AUD 80,000 and used examples slightly less; the standard Raptor sits a few grand cheaper.
