response long range reversing camera Page 111

Ah, the elusive "long range reversing camera"—because apparently backing up requires the precision of a sniper. Typically, these cameras boast a viewing distance of up to 10-15 metres, considerably longer than your average reversing camera's meagre 2-3 metre range. They often feature wide-angle lenses and infrared night vision to keep your reversing game sharp in low light.

Prices vary wildly depending on brand and features—expect anywhere from $150 to $600 AUD for new units, with used options floating around on Tradingpost and CarShowroom for less. Installation can be fiddly, so budget for professional help unless you enjoy wrestling with wiring.
