road worthy certificate qld Page 12

Ah, the elusive Roadworthy Certificate in Queensland, commonly known as a Safety Certificate. It’s your golden ticket proving your vehicle isn’t a death trap on wheels. In QLD, this certificate is mandatory when selling a vehicle or transferring registration. It covers brakes, tyres, lights, steering, suspension, and more. Expect to pay around $40 to $60 AUD for the inspection. Make sure to get it done at an authorised inspection station; half-baked DIY checks won't cut it. For your convenience, check listings on Tradingpost or CarShowroom to find certified inspectors near you.
