rwc cost victoria Page 9

Ah, the ever-elusive Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) cost in Victoria—because who doesn't want to pay for a piece of paper confirming your car isn’t about to fall apart? Typically, you’re looking at around $100 to $200 AUD, depending on the inspection station and the vehicle type. Bear in mind, this price covers the inspection itself, not any repairs needed to pass, which can be a wallet-buster if your car is more 'rust bucket' than 'road trip ready'. New or used, the RWC is mandatory to register or sell your vehicle in Victoria. For the best deals and to avoid scams, check local listings on Tradingpost or CarShowroom.
