seatbelt camera locations qld Page 2

Ah, the elusive seatbelt cameras of Queensland—those silent sentinels of road safety, or the bane of every backseat renegade. Queensland Police strategically position these cameras on major highways, suburban roads, and notorious accident blackspots to catch those pesky non-bucklers. They’re usually mounted on overhead gantries, roadside poles, and sometimes even inside police vehicles. The goal? To shame and fine anyone daring to forgo their seatbelt, because apparently, freedom isn’t free and it requires a belt.

For the exact spots, keep an eye on official Queensland Police releases or check local forums—like ServiceCentral—where eagle-eyed drivers spill the beans. Remember, these cameras are less about catching you out and more about saving your skin. So buckle up, or prepare to pay up.
