second street ashbury christmas lights Page 6

Second Street in Ashbury, NSW, goes big on Christmas lights—think suburban sparkle with a side of community cheer.

It usually lights up across December after dark, with families strolling, prams rolling, and traffic crawling like it’s the Boxing Day sales.

Parking is tight, so consider public transport or a short walk, and please don’t block driveways—Santa needs turning circles too.

Some homes may collect for charity, so bring small notes or tap-ready pockets and your best “ooh” and “aah.”

Weekends get busy, and weather can meddle, so check local community pages on the day if you like your twinkles with certainty.
