sell my property privately online Page 7

Selling your property privately online is like being your own real estate agent, minus the fancy suit and commission fees. You can list your home on platforms like Tradingpost, where private sellers often find buyers without the middleman. Key steps include setting a competitive price, snapping sharp photos, writing a compelling description, and being ready to negotiate like a pro. Keep in mind, without professional help, legal and paperwork responsibilities fall squarely on your shoulders—so consider consulting a solicitor. Also, brace yourself for the time investment and the occasional tyre-kicker. But if you’re up for the challenge, you could save thousands in fees.
