skoda service price Page 9

Skoda servicing in Australia isn’t ruinous, but it’s not sausage‑sizzle cheap either. Pay‑as‑you‑go, expect minor services around $300–$450 AUD and major visits (filters, plugs, DSG/Haldex where fitted) roughly $700–$1,200. Skoda’s capped‑price schedules and pre‑paid Service Packs are the value plays: a typical 5‑year pack sits roughly in the low‑$2k range depending on model, with 7‑year packs higher again. Intervals are generally 12 months/15,000 km, brake fluid every 2 years, and wet‑clutch DSGs need periodic oil changes that add to the bill. Dealers vary, so ring around and compare with reputable VW‑Group specialists—just keep the logbook stamped for warranty and resale.
