Think 100 m/200 m sprints, track cycling sprints/time trials, alpine downhill skiing, speed skating, speed climbing, drag racing, motorcycle road racing, luge/skeleton, and bobsleigh.

Toss in rally stages, land-speed attempts, and speed windsurfing/sailing if your idea of cardio involves terror and a stopwatch.

If it’s timed to the thousandth and makes your heart tap-dance, it probably qualifies.
