Looking for a super cheap car vacuum? Well, brace yourself for a journey through the bargain basement of dirt suckers. You can find basic handheld car vacuums starting from about $20 to $50 AUD on sites like Tradingpost or CarShowroom. These will handle loose dust and crumbs but don’t expect them to perform miracles on pet hair or embedded grit.
For something slightly more robust, expect prices to climb to around $70 to $120 AUD. Low-cost models usually feature 12V power via your car’s cigarette lighter, modest suction power, and limited attachments.
Keep in mind, if your expectations are too high for a super cheap vacuum, you might as well just shake the car mats out the window and call it a day.
