In Australia, the Suzuki Jimny comes in a straightforward mix of 3‑door and new 5‑door bodies, from the pared‑back Lite to better‑equipped variants.

All share a plucky 1.5‑litre petrol four (about 75 kW/130 Nm), a 5‑speed manual or 4‑speed auto, and a proper part‑time 4x4 with low range riding on a ladder frame.

The Lite keeps it simple (steel wheels, fewer frills) while the upper trims add comforts like a touchscreen and extra niceties, plus the option of an automatic.

Pick the 5‑door if your mates or the dog have legs; the 3‑door if your commute includes rocks, ruts, and a heroic sense of humour.

Either way, it’s tiny, square, and unstoppable at about walking pace—delightfully so.

Key specs: 3 or 5 doors; 4 seats; low‑range 4x4; compact dimensions. Consult official documentation for exact figures.
