If it drops below that under normal use, Tesla will repair or replace, though abuse, water damage, or backyard tinkering will earn you a polite “nope.” The rest of the car has a 4 years/80,000 km basic warranty, and coverage transfers to subsequent owners. Australian Consumer Law also rides shotgun, so reasonable expectations apply even outside the brochure. Keep your charging habits sensible and your software up to date, and if range nosedives without mischief, it’s Tesla’s shout.
