Yes—Tesla builds right-hand-drive cars, just not all of them. In Australia, the Model 3 and Model Y are sold as RHD from the factory and play nicely with our roads and the Supercharger network. The larger Model S and Model X are no longer produced in RHD, so you won’t find new ones on sale here; only earlier used imports exist. Ordering, servicing, and software updates are fully supported locally for 3/Y, so you’ll get the usual over-the-air magic without standing on your head. If you see a left-hook S/X floating about, it’s a museum piece or someone’s paperwork headache. In short: 3/Y yes, S/X no—because decisions were made in California.
