The Ultima is a cheeky little Aussie legend in the kit car world, known for its blistering speed and track credentials. The Ultima GTR, for example, boasts a mid-mounted V8 engine producing up to 720 horsepower, catapulting it from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 2.3 seconds—blink and you’ll miss it. Prices for a new Ultima GTR hover around AUD 180,000 to 250,000, while used models can be found cheaper, depending on condition and specs, often on sites like Tradingpost. It’s not your daily driver; think of it as a wild stallion that needs a firm hand and a forgiving wallet for maintenance. For detailed specs and official info, do your homework on Ultima Sports’ own documentation.
