Shane van Gisbergen’s co-driver for the 2023 Bathurst 1000 was Richie Stanaway.

The all-Kiwi pairing in the Red Bull Ampol Racing Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 clicked like a well-set diff and bagged the Peter Brock Trophy.

Stanaway was calm, quick, and tidy in traffic—exactly what you want when the Mountain’s throwing tantrums.

Also worth noting: it was the first Bathurst 1000 of the Gen3 era, and they made it look annoyingly straightforward.
