The 2023 Volkswagen T‑Roc cabin is a neat blend of grown‑up German design and small‑SUV practicality—no disco lights, just sensible swagger. You get a digital instrument cluster, a central touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto (often wireless on up‑spec trims), and the controls are mostly where you actually want them. Materials are improved over earlier cars with more soft‑touch where your elbows land, while the driving position feels properly sorted—wheel straight, pedals aligned, dignity intact. Rear space is adult‑friendly for short trips, and the boot is broad and flat enough for weekly shops, prams, or an ambitious Bunnings dash. Higher grades add niceties like sportier seats, ambient lighting, and better audio, but even the sensible specs feel solid and quiet enough for motorway toil.
