volvo capped price servicing Page 44

Volvo doesn’t so much “cap” the price as lock it in upfront with prepaid Service Plans, which buys you peace of mind without the mystery maths. In Australia you can typically cover scheduled services for several years (think 3–5) at a fixed cost, with intervals around 12 months or 15,000 km. The plan generally includes the logbook items—parts, fluids, and labour—while wear-and-tear bits like brakes, tyres and wipers stay on your tab. It’s often transferable to the next owner, which helps resale because buyers adore the words “prepaid” almost as much as “low kilometres.” If you’re in a Volvo EV, the intervals still apply, just with fewer oily bits.
