what do mobile phone detection cameras look like Page 4

Mobile phone detection cameras are the covert spies of the road, disguised as your regular traffic cams but armed with tech to spot those texting maniacs. Typically, they resemble standard speed or red-light cameras: boxy, mounted on poles or gantries, with a lens or two peering out. The clever bit is invisible to the naked eye—a radar or radio frequency sensor inside that detects signals from active phones. They often have LED lights or infrared sensors to capture clear images day or night. So next time you see a nondescript camera, remember, it might just be catching your cheeky text to Mum.
