Hike the Purling Brook Falls circuit and cool off at Warringa Pool if it’s warm. Drop by Natural Bridge by day for the thundering arch, then return after dusk for the glow worms putting on a blue disco. The Best of All Lookout lives up to the name on a clear day; Twin Falls and Canyon Lookout aren’t shabby either. Pack a picnic or refuel at a local cafe, and keep an eye out for leeches, fog, and the occasional overconfident ibis. The access roads are tight, winding and scenic—great if you enjoy corners, less great if you brought a bus.
