where to sell a van Page 2

In Australia, the easiest place to sell a van is online—start with Tradingpost, then try Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, or Carsales if you fancy more eyeballs.

Price it sensibly by checking comparable listings, and have a current roadworthy, service history, and a clear PPSR ready so buyers don’t get the heebie‑jeebies.

Give it a proper clean, shoot sharp photos (interior, load bay, tyres), and write a no‑nonsense description with rego, kilometres, and any accessories or shelving.

Be upfront about dings and dramas; time‑wasters hate surprises almost as much as you do.

For speed, consider a dealer or auction, but you’ll likely get less than a private sale—convenience tax and all that.
