GSXR 750 engine complete 1988 k model.

1988 K GSXR 750 motor complete. I bought this bike whole after the owner low sided it. It only had cosmetic damage to the fairing. He had spent some time customizing the bike so not sure if he had any extra/upgraded motor work done or not. The speedo had approx 32,000 ks on it when I pulled the motor out in 2007. It has sat in my shed ever since and has not been touched. I did put oil down the bores before storing it. Motor turns over freely and shifts thru all gears. There is a slight road rash scrape on left hand side cover. 750 Engine number is R707-105359.

Speedo pic is of the 750 speedo after I put the 1100 motor in and registered for a year or so, and clocked up an extra 6000ks. Then I took it off the road and left it unregistered. .

I was making a 7/11 and wanted complete bike minus faring for my project. I had a 1990 GSXR 1100 with a worked motor that did not have road rego gear for. So I switched my running gear, suspension etc into the k model to make a 7/11 gixer. (the 7/11 gixer street fighter is also coming up for sale too)
