Wanted: Looking for houseboat

Hi looking for two bedroom houseboat. Prefer recently slipped as it will need slipping before purchase at my cost. Prefer aluminum pontoons. Would like decent size decks especially back deck if possible. Must have walk down sides. Would like to be able to use the roof. I will be living on the River Murray do not need mooring. I Have $100000 cash. Will need solar to run boat but I can do at my cost if needed. I am located in the Riverland SA so boat will need to be currently on the River Murray.
