Three Pods available. Price is per unit. They are fully furnished except for the A/C units which were removed (although the provision for them is still there, ie. power points out back, access holes in the walls etc.). But they do have the bed bases, microwaves, television, small fridge, bathroom built out etc. Basically theyre almost ready to move straight in.

The Pods are effectively new/ unused, however they clearly have been sitting for a while without any attention, so they could use a clean and they are being sold heavily discounted "as is". Theres some footprints in them but the floor is easily cleaned also.

Transportation (eg. Flat bed truck) will be up to the purchaser, but I can help with options and there are a couple of options nearby. Location is Alexandra, Victoria.

They're nice Pods and look very comfy and convenient so I think anyone who ends up with them will be happy.
