Within seconds of plugging in the transmitter and receiver, youll be ready to start transmitting music or film audio at 5.8 gigs, completely free of digital compression, for the widest dynamics and best sound. HT-Air MKII delivers the highest performance for Low Level (RCA-RCA) or LFE/.1 (single RCA) transmissions.

So it is with HT-Air MKIIs weighty, cubic wireless design that reinterprets the world-class form vocabulary of REL subwoofers and brings it home to everyday users. HT-Air MKII is built into a cast acrylic case that announces its quality at first heft.

Its not heavy for effect, we know that many owners will want to combine it with quality interconnects to obtain the best possible sound, and those cables can, themselves, be weighty.  REL designed the extra mass to ensure that choosing the wireless route wouldnt lead to annoyance. Just one more way to let you know that they get it.

Finally, its been finished off with 5 coats of hand-applied acrylic lacquer. What, you thought that deep glossy black came about by accident? Quality is in REL's DNA.

REL Acoustics pride themselves on having always designed and built the simplest, easiest-to-use wireless systems in the industry. Just tap a button on the transmitter and, once it begins blinking, tap the matching button on the receiver. Thats it!

REL HT-Air MKII comes with all the internal programming installed and ready to go because they're are not using conventional WI-FI. REL's own dedicated protocol allows them to eliminate all the nonsense. 

WIRELESS IS FREEDOM

HT-Air MKII employs the 3rd generation 5.8 GHz chip, their most advanced single-chip solution. Its designed to allow continuous real-time streaming of music and movies. Featuring either L-R stereo inputs OR (1) .1/LFE input, the HT-Air MKII is easily capable of sending dynamic, rich-sounding sub-bass signals at least 40 (12M) and, in ideal cases, even further.

Like REL's more expensive models, it delivers a lightning-fast response of around 17 ms. That speed translates to better sound, greater dynamics, and performance nearing that of high-quality cables.

SERIE HT AND HT-AIR MKII WIRELESS

HT-Air MKII is designed and built to provide Serie HT subwoofers with a high quality, zero compression wireless solution, so your HT can be placed where it works best without the cost of long cables and visual clutter.

LFE or Low Level?

Getting premium home theatre sound doesnt need to be complicated. REL designed the HT-Air to be easy to set up in 3 simple steps.

Using the included power supplies, connect the HT-Air Transmitter and Receiver.
Next connect a single ended RCA from your receivers the subwoofer output to the HT-Air Transmitter, then connect HT-Air Receiver to the LFE input on HT/1205 or HT/1003.
Pair them together and youre done.

HT-Air is designed to leave old fashioned Bluetooth-based systems in the dust, delivery latency in the 16-20 millisecond range.

This permits owners to place their HT/1205 and HT/1003 where it works best, without resorting to unsightly cables being strewn across the landscape of your living room, all while retaining our category-leading super-fast wireless.
