Honda's electric ambitions have been a bit like a quiet electric hum compared to the roar of Tesla and others. Currently, Honda offers the Honda e—a nifty, compact city electric vehicle boasting a 35.5 kWh battery and a range of around 220 km. New, it retails for about $45,000 to $50,000 AUD, while used models might be found between $30,000 and $40,000 AUD on sites like CarShowroom.

Expect quirky, retro styling and a surprisingly spacious interior for its size, but don’t bank on long-distance adventures. Keep an eye on Honda's announcements, as they plan to expand their EV lineup in Australia soon. For the nitty-gritty specs, do check the official Honda Australia website or trusted resources.
