Machine was purchased for a property development plan which didn't eventuate.
Work done so far to machine in the last 3 years / 250 hours approx.
- Fitted new undercarriage (rollers, idlers, sprockets, plates, chains)
- Sandblasted and painted in two pack
- 4 x new ripper mount pins (top and bottom)
- 2 x new bottom ripper h-frame bushes
- New tilt cylinder barrel end bushing
- Re-sealed both lift cylinders
- Re-sealed and re-rodded tilt cylinder
- Reupholstered seat
- Reupholstered interior headliners
- New track adjuster cannon seals and bearings (both sides)
- New track adjuster sleeves (both sides)
- New RHS track shaft pivot shaft bushes x 2
- Inspected both pivot shafts & confirmed re-usability
- New pivot shaft seals both sides
- 1 new top lift cylinder hose guard
- Equalizer bar sent to machine shop for welding and boring back to spec
- Rebuilt equalizer bar (all new pins/bearings/seals)
- Linebored equalizer bar centre pin on machine frame side
- All new hardnose pins and bushes
- New genuine CAT fan belts
- 1 x new tilt cylinder hose
- New track frame side equalizer bar bearings (both sides)
- Re-plated track frame sides
- New engine oil pan sump gasket
- New RHS front right wear strip holder
- 1000 hour service
- Serviced final drives and checked magnets
- All new CAT ELC coolant
- New scavenger pump shaft seal
- All new bottom track frame wear strips
- Some minor panel repairs to fenders and below grill, straightened side steps
- Plated up blade sides
- All new cutting edges
- Fitted stick rake and tree pusher
- Cut out window in blade top backboard and replaced section
- 2 x new interior cab louvers
- New cab engine door rubbers and cab door rubbers

- Went through seat and fixed backrest recline not working
- Totally drained fuel tank of old fuel and re-filled
- New equalizer bar grease hose clamp
- New fuel drain hose
- Fitted flashing light
- Fitted fire extinguishers
- New seat belt
- Checked all lights and wipers working
- Checked all gauges working
- Fitted new seat cover
- Fixed horn not working
- Fixed fuel gauge not working
- Totally washed, cleaned and inspected for leaks
